"Great budget friendly hotel with plenty of character and brilliant location. We were given a lovely room on the second floor with vintage furniture. There was a fridge and tv in the room. The bathrooms were spotless and it was not a problem at all that they were shared. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was a coffee machine and kettle in a hallway area outside the room. A tray of croissants was left by there in the morning for guests to help them selves to. There was some traffic noises...

I was grateful to arrive just after midnight and be called by my name and quickly checked-in and sent to my room. It's an older hotel but clean and sufficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is GREAT to explore the Old Town area of Bologna (easy 15-ish minute walk) and about a 5 minute walk to the train station. "
