But private bathroom need to be cleaned properly since there are no ventilation equipment and spiders from old house. I have to waste 30 minutes to kill spiders and clean it again. The host of the Gotaek (old mansion) was kind and had a pride to run the mansion. The village where the mansion located was calm and clean farm...

"Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and two kids the pension is located right next to a nice cafe and a river bordered by cliffs on the opposite side. The room was spacious and everything was super clean. The host was really nice and ensured we knew how to get to the pension. There was a language barrier but talking through text messages ensured we were taken care of. If I'm ever in Danyang again this will be first choice to stay."

"We stayed at the family room and it was great. Plenty of space for 4 people, clean and with a yard for the kids to play in front of the room. You need a car to move around, but other than that it is perfect for an authentic Korean rural experience. It would be useful to receive more instructions to check-in... we didn't know what to do at our arrival."
