“Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things. 1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos. 2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. One ply thin sheeted rolls that you'd expect at an Econolodge or some other 1-2...

“Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again.”

“Room 111. Pros: Good price. Conveniently located to highway with close proximity to food and gas choices. Well-lit parking and entry. Responsive staff to issues or concerns. Unlimited hot water and good pressure for showers. Not dirty, not spotless. Comfortable king bed. Clean linens, not plush. Ice machine fully operational. Cons: Fire safety instructions not posted on inside of door. Door not sealed to the floor after floor renovation allowing noise and light to stream...

“Good: Room and pool are clean. All appliance function well. Value for money. Bad: Booked non-smoking room but has smoking smell (not sure it from vent). Carpet looks old. Breakfast is limited (no orange juice and no meat).”

“I booked a king room because I couldn’t find anything else on the website. When I got here they were able to accommodate me with a room change even though the hotel was almost full.”

“Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!”

“This type of hotel usually offers free coffee or breakfast. Not this place. Breakfast was available to order, which was okay. But even coffee, no free coffee, you had to order it at the bar area. Just seemed like other hotels offer more for the same price. The hotel was updated at some point, but it still looked dated in many places.”

“Only thing that was bad, not the hotel part but a couple baseball teams there for a tournament and the pool was filled with kids. Wish I would have had more pool time, main reason I picked that hotel”
