"There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. "I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"Essa vez minha experiência não foi boa, pegamos o hotel porque no aplicativo estava um preço bom e falando que tinha café da manhã, chegamos la não tinhamos a opção de café, somente pagando $70,00, outra experiência ruim o sofá cama que minhas filhas dormiram muito fino, e nossa cama super dura. Ja fiquei outras vezes na rede novo hotel, e sempre foi impecável dessa vez não posso falar o mesmo."
