"Hotel a bit outdated but the rooms are clean and bright, comes with all basic amenities, no coffee maker but a hot pot with coffee supplies. Hallways are outdated with older carpet but overall premises are clean. Hotel has a cute airplane theme which my son loves bc he loves planespotting. Bar and restaurant has a wide variety of food and has a great patio that you sit outside and view airplanes flying by. There's no charge to use the patio, which is nice. Staff are nice and the dining manager Peter is very friendly, helpful with food allergy accommodations. Breakfast is not included in your stay and is an extra fee, unless you book a "room with breakfast". My only complaint is there is no water dispenser machine anywhere in hotel. No gym. Hotel has access to Heathrow T5 pods which you can take for approx 8 British Pounds to get to terminal 5 from Hotel as an alternative to the local bus."
