Perfect night stay

Staff were friendly and hotel is in a good location. Nice hot breakfast with a variety of choices. Room was clean with a mini refrigerator. Very easy to get to all the local attractions and theaters. Hotel is showing some age but is being updated. I recommend it as a good place to stay while visiting Branson.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating and kept the food stocked. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked good!

The staff was great! The woman serving breakfast was especially a delight. Everyone we encountered (staff and guests) were nice and polite. The room was spacious. The bed was wonderful; probably one of the best beds I’ve slept on in a hotel. It was comparable to my bed at home. The only complaints was the tv is small. This is fine, it does the job and it’s just an amenity. Also the toilet took two flushes to go down. Seemed like the tank wasn’t filling up all the way and when you flushed the first time, it filled up the bowl with enough water to create pressure as you flush the second time, the toilet would take the water down. At no time did I let staff know during my stay. I was more than fine with it.

The beds were comfortable, the pillows plentiful. The upholstered chairs were old and noticeably in need of cleaning or replacement. Other than that, the room was clean. The TV was small, the internet was slow and spotty, and the DirectTV was about 1/2 advertising channels. The A/C worked well and the shower was decent. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was one of the better ones I've seen in a hotel in this price range. Overall, it was a positive experience, as the hotel was in a great location for what we were interested in.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and have loved it. Last time the pool wasn’t available but this time we got lucky and were able to use it, which was great because it was so hot!!
