Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections.

Good hot breakfast choices. A great choice for Branson, as it is away from the strip, but still easy to get to. Nice, quiet area. Gym was clean and not busy. But double beds were not soft and appeared to be lopsided, and bedframe did not seem very stable.

Uncomfortable bed

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no padding to it. The shower door in the corner had mildew soup scum. In the bathroom corner the wall paper was hanging. Our room was right next to the ice machine room so we heard that off and on. I have stayed at this hotel years ago and everything was great back then but this time around was not so great. I don't think I would come back.
