The first room we were placed in was next to a noisy neighbor. We complained and they immediately moved us to another room and were very professional. Included breakfast buffet was very good and much better than most.

This hotel was close to the highway, had several gas stations and restaurants within walking distance, which was nice. The lobby was clean looking and and well taken care of. The staff, however, were not very friendly and had to press them for information. They are pet friendly, so we (myself and 2 dogs) were on the 1st floor close to the dog relief area. A very small area and at night it is not well lit. The room it self was ok as typical "dog rooms", not smelly or anything. Bathrooms have cheap soap/shampoo dispensers, that didn't work well. I know its cheaper, but I do like the traditional little bars of soap. The beds had white bed coverings so make sure you bring a blanket or sheet to cover them if your dogs jump up to the beds. Breakfast in the morning was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, along with bagels and sweet breads. Would I stay there again? Absolutely! Now, I just know what to bring and what to expect.

they don't clean your room because of COVID-19 come on covid has been quite some time. I had to take dirty towels every day to desk to get clean ones. if you stay several days they do not come in to freshen up the room. the trash was running over. what was I paying for. if I wanted to clean house I would have stayed home. i paid 85 dollars a night for what. watch out folks if you do not want to do cleaning don't go here.

Very disappointing
The good...beds good. The bad...the room smelled horrible like cooking so we changed the room, the fridge made noise, their were bugs in hallway, the luggage cart was not avail when we arrived for some time, the breakfast was horrible..empty containers, machines not working, etc heavy cleaning while we were having breakfast! Window in the room does not open.

Room was clean. However the Wi-Fi was extremally slow in my room. I found out from hallway that there were about one third of building has bad Wi-Fi signal. The service was poor too. The guy was not willing to help when I asked if there were restaurants or food stores nearby, as well as complained the Wi-Fi issue. Also, you can smell pet odor from the first floor

My main complaint is the bed and bedding. There was a sheet missing, and the ones used didn't even fit the mattress. The bed itself made me feel like i was sleeping on a floor. It was SO hard. I had zero rest.

Non-smoking hotel and non-smoking room, but walked in and our room smelled like smoke. Only a sheer curtain, no shades to pull over the window so our kids were woken up early with the sun.

Only stayed one night. Did not hear any noise at night which was good. The area around the property wasn't that good to look at but all I needed was a comfortable nights rest and that's what I got for the most part.

However, if it is out of our scope a call is made for a technician to address the issue. This has been done. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The pad on the bench was covered in gross stains. One of our bed comforters had a huge blood like looking stain and had to ask for more blankets. they had us strip the bed ourselves and bring it up front and handed us new sheets n blankets.

Covered Bridge Festival
This was a good trip. The Best Western Covered Bridge is clean well, in good condition, and they have a great breakfast.
