"The check-in was efficient and the staff was friendly. I was given a coupon for 3 glasses of wine during happy hour (each glass was about 3 ounces). Elevators definitely needed to be mopped. The floor was sticky and stained. I stayed in room 907. The room was spacious but definitely in need of updating. It looked like a room from the 1980s. It's been a couple of years staying in a room without a smart TV. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooom smelled of urine. Because I was only there one night, I used their towels to clean and disinfect the toilet, sink, shower, and floor. Smell gone. I ate at the restaurant on site. Excellent food and service. I was in town for the New Edition concert. This hotel was within 4 blocks of Amtrak and The Enterprise Center where the concert was. It was also close to Union Station and The Arch. Excellent excellent location. The breakfast was good and crowded but the staff did a great job cleaning up and replenishing the food. I'd recommend this place for stays of no more than 2 nights."

"The breakfast food was not very good. The breakfast area was kind of dirty. There were probably a couple of hundred people going through there touching the tongs, but there was not a single hand sanitizer to be found. And this was at the height of flu season. Pretty gross. "

"Quick stay for concert. Staff informed us that the Room was missing towels when we arrived at 5pm. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Tv channels barely came in or worked well. Did not use rest of amenities "

"Called 2 weeks prior to request early check in. It was granted and even followed up the day prior to arrival to confirm. It was confirmed. Also they confirmed our truck woukd fit in valet parking. Upon arrival early check in was not available, we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room that was available or wait with our luggage 5 hours to get in original room. Our truck did not fit in their valet parking, so we had to park in the structure a few blocks down the street and walk back to the hotel. It was not ideal to say the least. The rooms were decent and pretty clean, no bed bugs or anything like that."
