We had a fishing trip booked and called an hr later to see if we could store our luggages at the office since the room wasn’t ready, and then found out the room was ready after all. “The Gateway Motel was recommended by a friend and my stay in Meridian was incredible ! The Motel staff and owner made me feel comfortable as soon as l checked in. The views of the mountains, the aroma of the flowers from the second story…. reminded me that, lm on vacation. I really enjoyed the sauna on a cool rainy evening!! Motel is within walking distance of the Meridian downtown that has a variety of restaurants and local artisans shops. Screemers is a must see !! Check out Kootenay Rafting...
