"I reserve this room from Expedia. The front desk even called me to tell me where the key was going to be because we were late arrival. She also said that I can call any number and they can help us out with anything. Opened up the door to room 102 and it’s dirty. I’ve been here for 30 minutes. No one‘s answering any phones. This is poor service. The place looks awful trash on the outside. The pool is unclean. This place is not kept well. Don’t recommend staying here. "

"We had a literal rat in our trash can. My daughters and I were sleeping and got woke up to what we thought was the very loud AC but it was actually a rat in the trash eating the pizza we’d thrown away before bed!! Definitely do not recommend. "

"Dirty room. I counted no less 8 dead roaches. Food and crumbs on the floor under tables and along baseboards. No wonder there are roaches. Found a pair of pants just sitting on a chair from the last occupant. Room smelled bad. Sheets and mattress covered in stains. "

"We stayed with college kids. House was clean, comfy, kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was hot. Fire pit great for nights. TVs and wifi all worked. Zero complaints!"

"The most important part, the bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The young lady working breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of food. Parking was fine and everything worked properly. The walls inside the hotel, especially the hallway on the second floor, need some tlc. A fresh paint job would go a long way The walls were very beat up looking. The big bottles of body wash etc in the bathroom could use a good wipe down, but other than that the room was clean enough. ...

"Room was clean bed was adequate. Door little bit difficult to close. Reservation said breakfast was included. They must have meant in the next town At 7:15 this morning place was locked up tight and nobody to be found. Bad business. "

"The place was clean and well-maintained. I booked based on the pictures that came up first and the rooms didn't look anything like the pics unless you scrolled through all of the pics. There wasn't really any amenities. Breakfast was available at their restaurant but the prices were high so we didn't eat there. The overall cost was high for the rooms."

"The staff was nice but very slow. The room needed some work. It seemed clean except behind the bathroom doors. I reserved 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my daughter and her kids. Our door looked like somebody had missed the toilet and peed on the door. My daughters room had poop smeared on the back of the door. Im sure the cleaning staff just never realized the back of the door would be dirty. I also paid more for my daughters room so it would have 2 beds, but they gave her a room...
