“The hotel pictures make it seem like the property is great overall. However, when I arrived, the front desk clerk was behind bulletproof glass, which immediately made me question how safe the area was. I was also charged $50 for an early check-in even though I arrived only an hour and a half before the standard check-in time after coming from the airport. The room floor was not clean at all, and the pillows had noticeable yellow stains. There were also visible signs of humidity and water damage...

I wish there was some way at check-in that the front desk people would warn you when it’s an alternate side of the street parking zone that is my only complaint I would have paid for parking at the hotel, but there was no spot left available”
