“Wasn’t up to expectations ”

“Room was clean, though somewhat dated. Bed did not have padding. Bathroom had a large tub with jets (whirlpool) which indicates a dated room. Staff was usually not at front desk. ”

“The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. “The kitchen sink was broken and had standing water. Couldn’t shower because the water would not drain. Front desk said they didn’t have another room to move us to. Really disappointed because we stay at this chain often. ”

“Great Amana wall unit AC. Extremely comfortable new mattresses with bedding.Appears to have been remodeled recently. Had an issue with TV dish reception and the desk staff came to room to reboot and with new remote. ”

Non pork options, maybe some potatoes as well Room was clean, every thing was clean but i spotted a bug on a pillow in our room and at least 6 bugs in the pool area The night staff was very nice, welcoming, and professional Morning staff could use some of night shift friendliness and welcoming skills ”

“This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. ”

“First thing I noticed when checking in was that the place smelled clean, and the receptionist was extremely nice and accommodating. The outside of the building looked a little outdated, maybe because of the closed restaurant right in front of the hotel. The only thing that bothered me was the toilet handle was a little finicky. If it wasn’t jiggled just right, the toilet wouldn’t fill back up, and the water pressure was slow to refill the tank, which made it a little inconvenient with a...
