"This mountaintop venue above the clouds is extraordinary. The only way to arrive here is through the cog-rail train or the gondola. The crowds without hotel reservations are there only during the day but leave on the last trip down around 5:30 so the mornings and evenings are quiet. Hiking trails abound. The restaurant serves excellent food. The rooms are basic but clean and with everything you need. "

"Clean and comfortable, the bed was top tier. Breakfast was fantastic and worth the additional cost. Free parking available but the spaces are extremely tight so you can’t get out of your vehicle, but I was able to park on the other side of the parking lot and paid 2CHF for 15 hours."
