"Room was clean, spacious and very modern. Hot water wasn’t always the greatest - first day it was lukewarm, second day was amazingly hot and this morning it was slightly above cold. Young lady at the front desk ( very sweet red-head, can’t remember her name) was incredibly kind and nice upon checkout. We stayed three nights after we lost power to our house in west nashville following the storms. "

"The staff at this location is what made it so wonderful especially the Tuesday morning staff. I almost missed breakfast coming down about 10 minutes to 9 and she made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant to chat with and the tip on the strawberry cream cheese made my day. You have great staff, do whatever you need to retain them. I will be back next time as we come to this area 3x a year."

"It was a road trip stop. We checked in, went to sleep, took showers in the morning and left. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was low for my liking. The mini fridge actually worked. It was a good night."
