“Very good breakfast. Tippy in the breakfast area was very welcoming and made sure you had everything you needed. She walked around and greeted everyone. Website does not explain that there is a charge for a dog. Had to pay an additional 75.00 at time of check in. ”

“We were given an adjoining room, without being told or agreed to, and we could hear everything in the adjoining as if we were with the people in that room. We could even clearly hear what they were watching on TV. This is not acceptable at anytime but when it is still going on at midnight it becomes intolerable.”

“I can’t speak for the breakfast they were too much in a hurry, my mom said they ran muffins and fruit to her because they were in such a hurry and she was so impressed. I booked this for my parents who had a procedure at St. Thomas early in the morning. They thought it was fantastic, very pleased, no complaints and were so thrilled how close it was to St. Thomas. “Great rooms! They were clean and fully stocked with kitchen essentials if you wanted to stay in. Great location with multiple bars and restaurants around. The staff was friend and made great biscuits and gravy! Would definitely use this as my future hotel when I return here.”

“The room was not clean at all. There was lots of hairs on the bed and there was red, dried blood in the bathroom. I noticed a long, brown, what looked to be partially cleaned blood dripping down the wall near the toilet paper holder. I followed it down the wall and then noticed an UNCLEANED blood streak down the wall further down near the floor. There was also droplets of the blood on the floor, and there seemed to be blood staining on the shower curtain and one of the towels. Very disappointed...
