There were a few minor issues like a dresser drawer being misaligned, but nothing that ruined our experience. The staff at the hotel are amazing. Everyone one was friendly and welcoming to us, from the bartenders, front desk staff, bellmen, etc. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Vancouver."

"Great convenient hotel in the downtown core. Our family stayed here while attending a concert and really enjoyed our stay. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was very quiet. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. We used the gym and pool which were great. Staff were friendly and answered all questions. Underground parking was available for us. Highly recommend. We will stay again. "
