"Guest services and staff were all fantastic. Each staff member was friendly, kind and helpful, notably, the warm and welcoming staff (and management) in the breakfast restaurant. This is a great location in terms of quick access to transit and many beautiful parks. I had everything I needed for my week-long stay, and looking forward to returning. "

"The hotel was okay a bit old but room was okay clean but nothing woow. Area is safe i can say . Just keep in mind if you have luggage you are going to lug it up the stairs its very annoying its an old house made into hotel."

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."

"We were overall very happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant, and we had been looking forward to this trip for a long time. Unfortunately, the AC in my parents’ room did not work during our stay. The hotel staff tried to help but were unable to fix the issue, and instead provided a portable fan, which unfortunately did not make much difference as the room temperature never went below 29°C. This was especially disappointing since the trip was meant to celebrate my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary, making the situation feel a bit unfortunate. Despite this issue, we still appreciated the hotel overall and hope this can be improved for future guests."

"Location isn’t clear it’s not on King St but down an alleyway, new signs would be more helpful as the sign on King St is over a premises that is closed. Rooms are small but adequate for the price. Worn carpets etc just need a refresh. Sofa bed very lumpy. Staff were pleasant & helpful, breakfast a good standard with lots of choice, breakfast to go was excellent. Would stay again great location for exploring London "

"It was in a good location 7 minutes from major train station/subway, and the area is nice and the room was bit smaller then I would have imagined."
