"Finest of all there were no disabled bays there were too near the front doors but were completely coned off for our entire stay , we had to park in the under ground carpark couldn’t find any disabled bays and had to cart our luggage up three flights of steps and countless heavy doors , me using a stick made it impossible for me asked about disabled bays and were just told there is some We were given a choice of upgrading our standard room to a club room for £40 + £18 parking for 24 hrs or pay £38 for 24 hrs parking this is different to what was on the website as it was £27 pounds for 24 hrs on there The room was clean and fresh but what we didn’t realise was the air conditioning heating system in our room a club room wouldn’t switch off and made a very very loud noise all night to the extent we couldn’t sleep and had to call reception at 12 pm it took them half an hour to send an engineer up to look who told us yes it was making an unacceptable noise but he couldn’t turn the system off as it was for the whole hotel My husband had to then get dressed and visit reception in person , we had to move rooms at 1 am in the morning to a room one floor down and on the other side of the hotel we were told that trains ran this see but finish at 1 pm they didn’t we had train noise till at least 2am before we finally were able to sleep , this rooms view was also of the city sky line but the windows in there were filthy and you couldn’t actually see out of them as they were that dirty"

"This was a very busy hotel, but what it may have lacked in intimacy was more than exceeded in the quality and comfort of our garden view room, the great location near the tube, Whole Foods, restaurants, and parks. The staff was helpful but also very busy attending to numerous visitors and groups. The restaurants, by the way, were excellent."

"Only stayed 1 night but by far the best hostel I've stayed in in London (& I've stopped in a few). Love a hostel me, so friendly & great value !!! I was in an 18 bed (6x3 high bunk beds) mix in a large spacious room, with separate lockers just round the corner from where U sleep Th staff I dealt with were 2 really friendly lads The rules totally fair. Not allowed in the main reception area for a few hours, whilst they make it nice tidy for the day ahead There are some at first thought ' silly charges ', but when U think about it, fair enough U don't have t buy a take away cup, U can use the ones they provide that can be washed and 85p isn't really gonna break the bank They keep their costs low so they can provide exceptional value for those who don't want a take away cup Rent a towel for a fiver or save that fiver and bring your own towel, or like I did, use a shirt - it soon dries 🙂"
