"This was a haven of rest after a busy trip. The hotel offer free transportation to the mall and the airport. One night there was a noisy event on the beach but it finished at 11pm Staff friendly for the most part. There was an unfortunate incident at the end which occurred because of miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel concerning check out time. Expedia told me 10pm and the hotel wanted to charge me an extra night as they said check out was 11am. I had a previously arranged shuttle...
"We absolutely loved our stay at two friends. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed lounging in the pool and then having our dinner down at the lake. We highly recommend this as a location, especially if you are leaving early in the morning to catch a plane for a gorilla Trek"
