"Called to ask if we could store our luggage until checkin time was asked how we booked then told off for not booking direct and via a third party amongst other complaints about not booking direct with them then told too busy and nowhere to store luggage despite website stating can store luggage. Tidy and clean and well appointed apartment with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay and thoughtful extra touches like reusable shopping bags, sweets and fruit to greet us .
