“Positive Experience: This was my third time staying at this hotel in Cairns, and once again, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning, and a kind Japanese staff member at the front desk went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in for an additional fee. Thanks to them, I was able to settle in comfortably after a long flight. Moreover, as I had requested in advance, I was given a room at the corner side with the best view, which I truly appreciated. “Clean and spacious room, and perfect location to the Esplanade area. Just a few minutes to the bus stops for most of tours. Bars and restaurants right at the hotel.”

“The rooms on the 12th floor were amazing and actually updated really well. We had a modern TV, big bed, it was quiet and the view was amazing. The staff was really helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. Restaurant staff very helpful, we had a nice dinner.”
