this is a disappointment...paid for ocean view and double room. It is tiny, verandah so small chair has to sit sideways. there is NO guest amenities other than essentials on wall, there is NO china or cutlery and a had it fridge. There is no chair in the room even tho it has a desk and a low table for a bench for kettle and tea n coffee. the coat hangers are broken, fan in tiny bathroom broken and step into bath with a glass swinging screen. all together only good thing was can walk to shops and boardwalk very easily. small amount of underground car parking, but other than that drive the sts.

Very spacious comfortable room with balcony and a wonderful view. Well located to all the restaurants. Value for money. Lucky to get a car park each day as the parking is limited. Only negative was the shower over the bath which had a very high edge to step over.

The location of the property is really good - close to lots of options. The design of the pool is really good for toddlers and kids. The negative things we experienced are: - multiple (2) ppl entering our room! One was to drop off someone to another room and the next was a worker that didn’t know ppl were in the room. - wifi only worked in the bathroom (was told there wasn’t an issue/nobody else complained even though I walked past someone complaining about their internet to the front desk). - power being turned off before 8am on our fine day with no warning. - the apartment was dirty - could barely see through the shower screen with soap scum, there were ants in the kitchen (9th floor) and cups and plates clearly not cleaned with baked on cheese and lip marks on cups.

Couldn't leave the property at night by car as there was no parking avaiable when you returned. Any street parking near the unit was limited as it is a popular dining area at night. The room was very compact and there was not much room to move around. Could not access the fridge as the door on the cupboard would not open as the door would hit the bed The handles on taps in handbasin were very pointy and dangerous
