“Had to go 2 different shops to get keys to the room. Also had to pay bond deposit which I am stll waiting to be refunded.”

“We had a great stay at the Imperial Hotel in Bowral. The room was neat, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable, and the location was fantastic — nice and central and convenient to everything. Overall, it was excellent value for money. Everything was clean, comfortable and easy, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Bowral. ❤️”

“It was uncomfortable because the beddings smelt and bathtub was not that clean. The view outside the window was great but accomodation perspective is was not so good.”

“Staff was excellent. Great service”

“After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation.

“The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room. The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end. The basin in the bathroom was very very low. The shower needed a good scrub. Better quality toilet paper,so thin.”

“Rooms very clean. Definitely stay again.”

“Really comfortable place and easy to get everywhere as peach , city ,restaurant and shops . Wifi is good speed and facilities are so convenient. But noisy from next door can hear. ”
