“Very poor services , I reported fridge and room phone not working , was ignored . Nothing was done about it . Customer service was really bad . We would ask for assistance and just ignore. Language bearer . Also we would go to bar area and would would have to look for attend , would wait there for about 15 to 20 mins . No one have have the decency of coming back to ask if we needed anything more !! Very very unhappy with the hotel stay .”

“조식이 너무 형편없었습니다. 시작 시간도 지키지 않고 음식이 늦게 준비 되었습니다. 객실에는 물이 비치되어 있지 않았고, 물은 미니바에 있는 물을 돈을 지불하고 먹어야 합니다 별이 왜 4개인지 이해가 안되는 호텔이었습니다.”

“호텔이 리모델링을 해서인지 내부가 깨끗했습니다. 다만, 로비층 입구 앞을 개조한 방이라 창을 열수가 없어 조금 불편했네요. 그 것 외에는 위치가 매우 좋아 도보로 관광이 수월하며, 주차도 미리 예약하면 20유로에 실내주차 가능합니다. 주차장은 호텔에서 도보 2분거리입니다.”
