"Our stay at Hotel Saratoga was excellent! The hotel is clean, staff is extremely helpful, and it has all of the necessary amenities, including an excellent breakfast. But perhaps the best part of staying at Hotel Saratoga was the location - situated close to everything we wanted to visit in Palma. Most things were walking distance, public transport is right around the corner, and the hotel immediately called a taxi when necessary. I would definitely recommend staying there!"

"This hotel was a dream!!! The rooms are more like apartments which is perfect if you’re traveling with more than 2 people. The views are amazing but the overall experience of this place is what makes it the best place to stay if you’re ever in Mallorca. Also, the staff was so friendly and helpful which makes such a difference."

"Great location right at the beach and super clean! Generally a very nice place and the jacuzzi and sunbeds on the roof are fun. Breakfast was also great. However, there were some cons: -the buffet dinner hurt our stomach and felt low quality -they also do not give you any beach towels and there are no dedicated sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach for the hotel. They do have a room below reception with extra beach items from past travellers; however, since there is no clear signage, some guests misunderstand this room as a storage space for their own beach supplies rather than a public zone for people to borrow from as reception clearly states if you ask them. Because of this lack of signage, we had a very unpleasant experience where some guests came up to us on the beach to take their beach supplies back even though it was their mistake putting them in the public zone... I informed reception about this and they were validating, but I did not see them add signage as I requested during our stay. -We also had an issue on our last night where some guests were partying loudly at 2am despite quiet hours after midnight. We had a super early flight to wake for so we called reception but no one picked up. A couple hours later, we went downstairs and saw the staff at reception wearing headphones which is probably why they didn't pick up..."

"We spent two nights at this property and were impressed with the service, room, cleanliness and facilities. We booked a room with a view and were very happy as our view both looked out at the pool and ocean. Parking was abundant for free on the street nearby. There were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. But, it was approximately a 30 minute drive in o town to see the sights and cathedral so if you don't have a car the location may not be convenient. Taxis/uber are not cheap. Approximately 20 Euros to the airport which is a 7 minute drive. The beach and walkway along the ocean is beautiful. The only negative was you had to go thru the lobby to access the ocean and thru the bar to access the main pool. It would have been nicer/more convenient to be able to access the ocean from the pool area."
