This is an adequate resort if you're on a budget. The location is 15 minutes from the airport, it is right on the beach and accommodating enough. The service staff is wonderful, attentive and always smiling. The food was average, nice display and variety but quality is 5/10. The room was nice enough but lacking in few basics such as towels (other than bath towel) lacking water since you can't drink from the tap and few other needs. It was not bad and like I said if you're on a budget then you get what you pay for.

Horrible experience in this hotel stayed in Rm1109 first night find roaches in room took pictures and took it to front desk . The person in front desk had a bad attitude when told them they had roaches. Second every time called front desk because needed something they will say will go in 5 minutes never showed up had to constantly call them to get service we needed. The place did not look like it did in pictures very old my parents room was leaking from AC they did a Mickey Mouse fix. I don’t recommend staying here. Pay a little more and get a way better hotel.

Property a bit out to date. restroom mirrors old and were peeling. The outside structure walls were black. Certain areas in the pool area were also black under the edge of the tile. Staff was amazing always striving for us to have a great time. Food was repetitive in the common area of dinning. all restaurants were amazing. Marco polo was the best. What I didn't like was the determination they had to try and sell you a hotel membership. We want to go and relax and enjoy from the moment we get off the plane someone is trying to sell us something. Traveled with my daughter and a 2 year old. kid area was amazing. We stayed five nights definitely excursions were needed not a place to just stay at the hotel and enjoy you will get bored. Night shows were awesome too they had a good variety all five nights.
