Staff was great. Bed not very comfortable for price point. Cracked floor tile as walk in the bathroom, with sharp edge. Area around pool dirty. Should have been rinsed daily.

Chose a room with a spa tub to relax after a day of activities and adventure. Friday night all was great. Then Saturday morning no hot water. Cold icy water made for no shower.
