"Old world charm with modern amenities like private baths and a lovely breakfast included. It was the perfect send off having coffee on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and polite. I did ask about airport transfer and was only given two pricy options, I would also have appreciated something along the lines of "...also the bus station is a less than 10 minute walk with an express bus." That is my only ding...but I get it and it's more a buyer beware comment. I was there one night and I really loved the space and Venice!"
"My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It's walking distance from the train station (Santa Lucia). The room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the garden it was very beautiful. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the place."
