"Really enjoyed our stay. PROS: - Very nice, very clean property - Excellent service from bell boy and house keeping - Loved our room, very spacious (Rm #1) - Comfortable bed - Plenty of hot water for showers - Bottled waters every day - Great shampoo, conditioner, body wash CONS: -We stayed in room #1, which was right by the bakery door and one of the resteraunt doors. It wasn't an issue until Friday night when loud people were leaving the resteraunt (We go to bed early). -You can't really open a window or the blinds in room #1, since everyone walking through courtyard/ in and out of bakery/hotel can see right in. - The hotel does not have a business center. Of course, it was the one time my husband needed to use an actual computer. But. There was a library just up the street. - Most of the rooms do not have air conditioning. Ours did, but it did not work too well. - No coffee in the room (you could order room service), but had bakery/coffee for purchase right outside the door."

"Delightfully charming boutique hotel, just 1 street back from the beach. Room was beautiful with gas fire, fantastic bathroom and bay window looking onto the gardens. Staff were great and went out of their way to help with any request (they even had a chauffeur drop off service for dinner at Pebble Beach) Full Breakfast cooked to order was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We loved the spacious room and location of the hotel. The breakfasts delivered to the room was fresh and healthy and good. The staff was very friendly and let us have an early check in. I’d have given the hotel 5 stars but it does need a bit of a facelift."

"Romms are very small for &1,300 per day. Noise is unbearable. Large wedding party without advising the prospective guests. Noise from other rooms is loud. Very late check in. Ocean views are very far and small."
