"Clean room and great staff "

"Did not see any notice about the hotel, not having an elevator until after Booking. As a senior couple with luggage for an international trip, we had to leave our large bags in the lobby. There was no provision for locking them up, just a staff member saying they would keep an eye on things. The floors in the room of this over property were dirty and did not seem to have been mopped. The worst part, is that our second floor room was a top and next to a street level restaurant and bar that was the source of noise until 1 AM. Just the location of the property in the surrounding neighborhoods in the old town. Don’t book there if you are looking for a good nights sleep after a long day of travel."

"The Costa Bahia is in EXTREME need of renovations. Our room felt dirty, damp and even our faucets had calcification. The breakfast is COLD with very few options. I will not return to this hotel. The ONLY good thing is the location near the Hilton complex. "

"Room was not ready for check in till 453pm, that is 53 minutes after check-in time. Bell staff was great, front desk staff just ok, not tge best hospitality, the bell staff mafe up for it. No pol towels either. Hot tub water was not as clear as it should be, water was hot though. Room was impeccable "

"The rooms were clean! AC worked great! Big tv a plus. Staff was amazing! They held our luggage until time for us to check in. "

"Beach, pools, restaurants, room, property, staff, all were wonderful. The $50.00 charge per day for restaurant charges was an unpleasant experience."

"Apartment was great location, pictures were not accurate. Description said ocean view, and had pictures of a room with open windows to view the ocean. We had a view of the street. Very dark in apartment, lights are not bright. Was clean, bed was comfortable, really enjoyed balcony. Description should mention several flights of stairs with NO elevator, if many flights are difficult with luggage for older folks. Also would help to have descriptions or directions on how to use all the remotes since they work the lights/fans. "

"We stayed 3 nights. The room is smack in the midst of Old Sun Juan. So expect a lot of foot traffic and vehicles on packed streets. The room its self was very nice. The balcony was beautiful. It would probably be a house inspector nightmare. Things were crooked, towel holders would fall off, exposed wires (dead), the A/C leaked a huge puddle overnight but there was also heavy rain pour so maybe it was a leak. Yes it could get noisy but that’s to be expected. It was never a time I couldn’t get to sleep. Expect for Friday and Saturday night to be louder. Even with all this, I would REBOOK without a second thought! "
