"It was a very historic building but the rooms were cut, clean, spacious and nice. It is walking distance to Piazza San Marco and very close to the port. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and churches nearby. The host was very kind and showed us around the area. The service was very good and the room was ready before check-in time. I really appreciated it. "

"This one bedroom apartment was even better than the photos show. It really is beautiful, with fantastic large windows with wooden shutters in an old Venetian building, that has a modern and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The ceilings are high with quality lighting with lots of space and storage. Local shops and great restaurants are within 2 minutes walk and other attractions like the Rialto Bridge and St. Marco square under 10 minutes walk away. "Cette location est conforme aux photos et à la description Elle est très bien située dans Venise car à 2 minutes des transports en commun et à dix minutes de la place Saint Marc. "The apartment is nice, in a good location, if they could only get rid of the FAUL SMELL of sewage, rotting death and moisty mould. Not a good place for an asthma and allergy family. It was a true Halloween-experience! The rental company was very helpful and found a wounderful, livable apartment in an other location of Venice. This was very nice but we still lost half a day of our holiday on moving."

"The rooms are clean and air conditioned. They are cleaned daily. Fresh towels each day as well. The breakfast is great. It has yogurt, fruit, pastries, some sliced meat, pancakes and few extras. Coffee is made fresh for you too."

Gorgeous Venetian oasis

"The hotel is well located, away from the centre of Venice but still close to various vaporetto stops which makes it easy to get around. The hotel itself is lovely and very comfortable - the air conditioning was strong and quiet, perfect in the June heat. The staff were very friendly and made our stay a delightful one."
