"We will never book with them again. The food was terrible, most of the staff were rude, and they even used what looked like a tablecloth as a bedsheet in our family’s room. We do not recommend this resort at all."

"Arrived to a “family friendly” resort with a 4 month old. Absolutely HORRENDOUS Food is terrible, minimal reservations with same food as buffet just served in a separate restaurant. Showers are falling off the walls and the shower POURS out into that bathroom. Mosquitoes swamped in the rooms eating us alive with walls crumbling apart. Terrible customer service A “family friendly” resort with no freezers for moms that breast feed and over produce. Leaking ac units all over the place especially the rooms. Garbage view that was supposed to be garden view building four facing adults side with a rancid smell. Safety. Someone tried breaking in our room at 2am. Almost busted down our door and the phone was not working to call the front desk nor was their phone when I used my personal phone. Gave the guy a warning and let him back on the property. I had a 4 month old with a stroller and the elevators either don’t work or you have one that goes up and one the goes down, in separate areas. Just a very inconvenient place overall. Bad service, bad food 1000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Front desk staff was super rude which is why I had to rate the staff low. There were some staff members and managers that were apologetic and pleasant. We rented the deluxe with an infinity pool. Our infinity pool was low daily and seemed to be the only one, our power went out for around 3-4 hours one evening, causes us to miss dinner, but they eventually got it fixed. It did cause the room to get very hot and we had a hard time keeping the room nightly, just because it is so hot there during the day. We did not get to try Steakville, but both my husband and I could hardly find anything to eat at the other restaurants. Best part was probably buffet breakfast, so we’d try to load up. The food was not good overall and we couldn’t wait to get back to our own cuisine. We did do couples massages on the beach (twice) and they were nothing short of amazing, both times. The room was cleaned each day and turn down service was also provided. The beach that we had access to was beautiful and the water was something straight out of a movie. We were able to walk out on a sandbar as far as you could go. We also traveled to a few of the top golf courses and had an amazing time, with the world’s best ocean hole views. Overall, unfortunately we couldn’t recommend staying here in the future and we will use another property entirely next time. "

"Overall we had a fun time. The food is not the best but we found a few things we liked. The drinks were sugary premade mixes. The staff were very nice but we would not return. "

"Loved Dreams Flora. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was amazing! We did the VIP and it was so worth it. Our Butler Isaias was absolutely amazing. He was so attentive! Every Pool had a swim up bar. Entertainment staff was incredible. Will definitely go back."
