"We booked two rooms for one night because we had an early flight and needed to stay close to the airport. Unfortunately, both rooms smelled terrible — very humid, damp, and musty. The odor was so strong that I had to sleep with a mask on to avoid triggering my asthma. Everyone in our group ended up taking allergy medication just to be able to sleep.
Both bathrooms were also dirty upon arrival, and the carpets throughout the rooms smelled and looked unclean. Even when you first enter the hotel, there is a foul smell mixed with heavy air freshener.
The shampoo and bathroom amenities were extremely difficult to use because the dispensers are locked so tightly that barely any product comes out.
The only positives were that the staff was nice and the hotel offers free water. However, overall this was not a pleasant stay, and I would definitely think twice before staying here again. The hotel seriously needs better cleaning, maintenance, and ventilation."
