"The short version of this review: Paradise at a pleasing price! Our stay at Gatun Lake Lodge was wonderful! Pierre, our host, was entertaining, accommodating, competent, and charming! And, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Every meal was fresh and delicious. Our cabaña was very bright, comfortable, and clean. The pool was crystal clear and at the perfect temperature. "Great hotel all around very clean and modern. My room was very clean and with a beautiful View. Great location near malls and restaurants, great food in the restaurants in the hotel as well as the pool, and also loved the 24 hour cafe inside the lobby. Staff was very polite and attentive. I got a cut on my foot that needed stitches while doing an excursion and they were able to provide with me with quick medical attention once I arrived to the hotel. The security even escorted my wife to the ATM next door since it was night. They really went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay."
