“Overall, we had a good stay and would give the resort 4 stars. They offer free breakfast and free wifi. Alex was our main point of contact and was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and always greeted us with a “hola” or “buenos días.”

“Caracol was rustic but magical. The staff was lovely and it’s so peaceful surrounded by water. Being able to step off my private dock and swim was a delight, and I spent lots of time in my hammock. The restaurant was tasty and the staff was helpful for arranging boat transfers if you wanted to go places.”

“What a gorgeous beach! This was a magical place with the friendliest staff, a great restaurant, and beautiful accommodations. I chose the Jungalow room because I wanted to be immersed in nature. “We loved our time at this property and would definitely recommend others to visit during their time in Panama.
Sure, the lodges are a little rustic in places but they are perfectly comfortable.
The setting in the lake is beautiful, with a great pool, free kayaking facilities and places to completely switch off. I loved how calm and relaxing the place was.

“When we arrived we were told they had a overbooking problem, so we were told to go to another property. This 2nd property was excellent so we just wasted less than 1 hour although they could have told us in advance.
On Sunday evening there was not any hot water and we were told "Sorry!, we are working on it", which was not true because at 1am the water was still cold. On monday morning the hot water came up again.
All the comms are done via Whatsapp
