"After our overnight flight landed early in the morning, the very friendly front desk agent was able to get us into our room early to refresh ourselves for the day. The property is beautiful and clean. The lobby bar occasionally featured live music or a DJ in the evening, and the staff in the bar is wonderful. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious. "

"We checked in and our room reeked of cigarette smell. We told the front desk they said they were full and no other rooms were avaliable. I then called Expedia for help. The woman called the hotel for a refund and they said it was a nonrefundable reservation. I then went back to the front desk to ask about their smoking policy and they said its a non smoking facility. I then reiterated that our room smelled like cigarettes and they sent someone to check it. They did agree that it smelled and found us another room. It shouldn't have needed to be that difficult to get a satisfactory room."
