“The hot tub was not working, again, upon our 2nd family trip/stay. We had no in-hotel access to ice or amenities, without going outdoors, and entering back into the main portion of the hotel. And there was no in-room telephone, with which to contact the main desk, or anyone at all.”

I’m a hotel snob and hard to please when it comes to hotel rooms, and this one was pleasing in all the ways that are important to me. Nice decor and a space that makes sense, comfy beds with crisp, clean sheets that actually fit the bed, pillow and mattress protectors, tables on both sides of the beds with plugs and USB’s, newish clean shower with a clean brand of toiletries.
