"States that I damaged towel and took some of deposit. I had no damaged towel, I just got fresh towels day before and new towel I used once and they say those same new towel I damaged and I know I did not. Then there no recourse they just take money from bogus room inspection. Left my room and towels in good conditions and did not stain or damage a towel. Beware of this hotel and their inspection process because they got it wrong and taking money from customers wrongfully "

"Very clean and neat"

"Room was clean however there was not a microwave in the room. I should have checked the amenities in the room however I have never seen a hotel that didn't have microwaves. The TV was not a smart TV so we couldn't connect our phones to watch Netflix. Other higher end hotels have had those. We were getting ready to check out 30min before checkout time and one of the housekeepers came into our room without knocking and walked in while my youngest daughter was getting dressed. I will NEVER be staying here again! Highly disappointed about this stay!"

"My stay was amazing. The room was clean. The staff were very polite. I enjoyed the room temperature and it was easy to adjust. Parking was always available and convenient. The parking lot was also very clean and safe. "

"We were here for an AAU Volleyball Tournament over at the coliseum. The lady at the front office was one of the nicest people ever, excellent customer service. She even remembered my name the next morning! You dont see this often these days. The 3rd shift lady was just as nice. We got in late from the tourney and had to get some extra sheets for the trundle....super kind and attentive. The only complaint I would have would be the breakfast on Sunday morning. The bacon was very undercooked, there was no hot water for hot chocolate or hot tea, and everyone was asking for it, but the attendant never brought any out. The juice machine was broken, so they put OJ in the fridge for people to get...well, it was OJ concentrate that the attendant did not mix with water...YIKES. We stay at Marriott brands often, with SpringHill Suites being our favorite to stay at. The breakfast was definitely not typical of what we are used to seeing at SpringHill Suites so maybe it was just an off day in the dining room....other than that, everything was perfect."
