"We had a great stay! They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in, which is always such a nice bonus when traveling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient with lots of great dining options nearby. My daughter especially loved the pool and had so much fun. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back!"

"Our room was upgraded for our anniversary, which was a nice touch. However, there were some stains on the carpet and couch, which was a little disappointing. The lighting throughout the room was also quite dim, and the bathroom could definitely use better lighting. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. My family also sent champagne to our room for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful surprise. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication and we never received the chocolate-covered strawberries that were supposed to come with it. The restaurants overall were very nice, especially TASH, which was a standout for us. The main pool area, however, felt very outdated and did not look quite like the photos shown on the website. I did see that renovations to the pool area are planned for this winter, which should be a great improvement once completed. Another downside was that there didn’t seem to be bartenders consistently available at the outdoor bars, likely due to staffing issues. When ordering drinks, the staff also wasn’t familiar with some of the cocktails listed on the menu. Overall, we enjoyed our anniversary stay and appreciated the attentive staff and dining options, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement."

"Beautiful property. Love how spread out and open with courtyard and small firepits around. Wonderful staff from chick in to check out and the bar in the lobby. Everyone was wonderful. The large pool and lazy river area is awesome. Spent so much time making lazy river laps. Only negative was our room door was sticking but as we were getting ready to check out we ran into some of the managers I believe and they were going to have it fixed. Will definitely return!"

"A great location, close to the airport and walking distance to some good restaurants. Rooms were clean and well appointed and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will come back when I'm back in Phoenix."
