“The room was ok but unfortunately in the morning we had no hot water for showers. Ran the hot water faucet for over half an hour and still no hot water so no showers. I told the staff member upon checkout and he didn’t seem concerned or mention doing anything to help.”

“This was one of the best stays and experiences we’ve had. The property was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt welcoming and peaceful. The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The only feedback I have is about the café. The coffee and food quality could be improved. We preferred exploring nearby local coffee shops and cafés instead.”

There is a common room that all guests can use which was super nice w snacks, water and coffee and had quaint seating to watch the goings on in the harbor. On our first day we saw a schooner sailing. The staff is super responsive and kind. Definitely one of the best spots in Stonington.”

“Whitehall is an old lodge a few blocks from the center of Camden. Road noise can be heard from Route 1, which passes directly in front. Our room was on the ground level and the sound of people walking in the room overhead was an annoying. The common areas are spacious. The breakfast room would seat 100 people, but we were the only people having breakfast. The breakfast was weird, and we had only a tasteless croissant, an orange and coffee. We should have gone into town for those blueberry...

No nos ofreció ningún apoyo de ningun tipo, ni económico, nigun seguro de accidente médico, ningun servicio de emergencia, ningún reembolso por la habitación, nada. Teníamos dos habitaciones rentadas para ese fin de semana. Muy mal servicio en ese aspecto.”

“We were situated in "Sunset C" cabin. It needs an overhaul!! My husband was very upset .....bathroom was tiny!! No mat in the slippery tub; my husband slipped and fell out onto the floor. ( after requesting a mat, a female assistant brought one). The entrance door frame around entrance door was NOT fitted to the door.... gap of 1/4" at least with light shining thru the space. More than 2 switches/outlets did NOT WORK in Sunset C. I believe the newer buildings are probably very nice!! But...
