"Booked the twin superior room and paid to upgrade to the deluxe king room. The room was spacious but the toilet requires some work. The tap at the sink and bathroom, the water pressure was very weak and the temperature control was iffy. Water was either extremely hot or extremely cold, there was no in between. "如很多網友所述，地點不遠但很難找，原因是新山關口附近正在建輕軌鐵路，很多地方都改道或blocked了，但多謝酒店櫃台男職員用地圖指示，其實行去CIQ可在15mins內便到。當過關之後，隨人群進入JB Sentral，行到兩個商場之間的一條馬路時(可看到對面入口頂有個6字的商場，內有7-11便利店)，不要進對面6號商場，沿馬路轉左再前行轉左行入通往富力廣場(R&F Mall)的行人天橋 (記住不要入富力廣場，要行到天橋尾)，一直行到尾落天橋，再上小鈄路後轉左見一當地RSB便利店再轉右便到Fives，希望可幫到大家，因為酒店真的不差，職員及地方清潔都很好呢。"
