"It was our second stay at this hotel, and overall we really like it. The hotel itself is great, but this time we had a small issue. We booked a Premium Suite, but at check-in we were given keys without being informed that the suite was not available. When we got to the room, we realized it was a lower-category room than what we had booked, so we had to return to the reception. After that, they apologized and offered a discount equal to the difference between the two room rates instead of providing the correct or equal suite."
