Central Massachusetts, Massachusetts hotel rooms at the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"Very nice girl with a full restaurant, and an arcade as well as the typical pool and fitness center. The room was very clean and comfortable. Ample parking though some spaces are a bit away from the main entrance, it is an event center after all. "

"Room was on the second floor and we couldn’t sleep because of the very loud noise from busy roads. Room was clean, but they forgot to refill the shampoo and conditioner bottles. Found this out while showering and no shampoo or conditioner came out of the pumped bottles. The room looked like they just threw stuff inside without care of where things should go. The curtain was falling down on one side. The TV was placed on a dresser in front the only mirror."

"When I got there, the room I had booked was potentially going to be swapped out for room with no bathtub! She said my room “came with a shower only” but I showed her the reservation, which was clearly otherwise. I ended up getting the bathtub, fortunately, however, there was no hot water in the building as it turns out! There were also several hairs in the bathtub and some flakes of poop at the bottom of the toilet that I had to flush away. Not my favorite experience to be told. The breakfast was amazing. Decor is very creative. Bed was comfortable."
