"Unique room layout, spacious living areas and multiple kitchen appliances to help make stay more comfortable. Inn is a few miles away from nearest town and stores/ restaurants so bring your own food and plan accordingly."

"One of my favorite solo hotel experiences I have had with my toddler and our dog. The staff were all friendly, the gentlemen that was there in the evenings was amazingly helpful and kind. The breakfast was clean, simple and a great start to the day. The room and lobby were exceptionally clean. And the area felt safe. We didn't get to check out the pool area, but it looked super nice! Will definitely be our go-to hotel if we are ever back in Newport. The restaurant across the street was also a huge bonus! You can never have to many close amenities with kiddos."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive. They even accommodated a late check in for me! The room was generally clean but could use a deep clean and some updates. That being said, it’s a great location for (at my time of booking) around $60 a night. You get what you pay for and I wasn’t expecting a luxurious experience. It was pet friendly as well, they didn’t charge any extra fees or have any limits they relayed to us regarding number of pets or weight limits. There are some reviews regarding smelling food cooking, all I have to say is yes!! that happens when you actually cook for yourself, at home. There tends to be odors!! I didn’t find any smells overbearing and my room was on the first floor, directly behind the front desk/near the onsite manager apartment. Would stay again in a pinch or to be budget friendly!"
