“Convenient location. Front desk staff cordial. Could have been cleaner. Not filthy, just not really clean either. IMO. it’s either clean - or it’s not. Also very heavy scent of air “freshener” and/or cleaning products. Who knows what chemicals are in them or what they’re trying to cover up.”

“Comfortable rooms.”

“When I got in the room, we asked him for the room at 1st floor, and he said we have to pay $10 extra, and when we asked him to give me Wifi Password, he said we have to pay money for the wifi too. Anyway the funny thing is, when he gave us the room, the room was technically on the 1st floor. It is so curious that he told us to pay $10 more for the room on the 1st floor. So, I found the strange thing about the wifi, so I took the information on Hotels.com about the room informtaion, then he said...

“Modern, new, extremely well appointed, Immaculate. Landscaping nicely done. View from our room was pretty great of the ridge and hills. Best if you bring your own food as there are no good dining choices close by. Recommend having an indoor entrance mat( we arrived in the rain and no where to wipe our feet and then remove shoes.) “Parking is a little on the short side but we were helped with the issue. All employees were very helpful. Carpet a little on the soiled side but room was ok. Breakfast wasn’t huge but very sufficient.”

“We needed a room at a good price for one night. It was good enough, clean enough for what we needed. TV remote was missing, young man at the desk tried to help us but couldn’t find another to match the TV. Not the properties fault, but a couple above us fought, screaming at each other most of the night. So the entire experience was ok, but not super.”

The coffee bar was not restocked when we checked in and there were no cups in the lobby. When we woke up in the morning it was finally restocked. At 10am the kitchen lady started closing the doors on everyone which felt a little uncomfortable and not welcoming. The pool was pretty small but it is a small hotel.
