"The staff at Alaia Belize was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and the accomodations. The staff made the experience more memorable. Maria was our server for breakfast for 3 days and we must say she was phenomenal ! Her attention to detail and exceptional service made us miss her on her days off. Additionally, Minnie served us at the pool area and she was very accommodating. She took the time to remember all of our names and our drink orders. That level of detail and personable service is remarkable., We did not enjoy the vast amount of mosquitoes present on the island. Not sure what can be done about that. The San Pedro island overall is infested with mosquitoes.,"

"The room was super clean and comfortable, the AC was perfect and kept us super cool. The staff were amazing and super helpful. We had everything we needed. The location was centrally located to just about anything you needed in town. We were walking distance to everything. The negative part of being so centrally located was it got super loud at night especially on the weekends."

"The Palms is an excellent location to stay when visiting San Pedro. It's well priced for being on the ocean, and close to town as well. Our Casita was lovely and very clean, with a great clean pool right outside our door. The staff is the best, very friendly and knowledgeable. "I We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, including providing some really good recommendations for local places to visit and eat. There was one personal issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how responsive they were. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The excellent staff and customer service really made a difference!"
