"Excellent location, wonderful hotel and amazing staff . Leo was so helpful and welcoming: guided us via the city Attractions and offer late check out without even asking. We had breakfast included which was very basic but sufficient. The only remark was the breakfast coffee- form machine but so watered down that it can not e consider as coffee . "

The linens are clean, the buffet for breakfast was great and had many options and the staff were friendly and efficient! Ray in the executive club bar at happy hour was so amazing and kept your glass filled at the same time as being friendly and helpful with directions for the go to places. "

"This is a world class hotel. The rooms are spacious, food amazing and reasonably priced. Check-in with Raja at the front desk was such a pleasant experience. Hima in Town restaurant was so hospitable and has such a warm smile. Vincent in the Gallery NaWei was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will choose Fullerton everytime. "
