"Let me start with the staff (Dawn) who was on duty when we arrived she was amazing! She had our reservation right at hand and the check in was smooth, fast and painless. We were leaving very early the next morning and the gentleman on duty asked if we were from room 108, and said that Dawn had left a note saying that she was worried that when she was running my credit card that the credit card machine had run out of paper and that she may have billed my credit card twice. So I checked my credit card account and it showed that I had two billing’s for the room. He immediately ran my credit card for a refund! That was an awesome surprise! Attention to detail on Dawn’s part was amazing! Thank you Dawn. The room was nice and they had a nice continental breakfast spread the next morning. I highly recommend the Range Country Lodge in Murdock South Dakota, Hunters welcome!"
