“Small dirty rooms with dirty bathroom Dirty linen, arrogant staff. Not recomemded”

“Hotel were not expecting us even though we had a confirmed reservation. They were overbooked as some of the rooms were under renovation. Front desk person was very professional and did place us in a "Suite" as he had no choice at 10:30pm at night and informed us of room change the following day. Room smelt moody so AC need to be cleaned,There were dust around the room and couple of fans, light, AC remote was not working. I was not able to relocate to another hotel that night due to...

“Loved the place”

“The room was nothing like the photos. I wish the photos given for the room was more realistic. That said the room was functional. The shower worked fine and had plenty of hot water. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It had a small but functional TV, the fridge did not work. We checked in at 4am and it took the front room staff a long time to verify our booking even after showing hum a print out and online verification of our booking. Ram took care of our luggage and was very friendly and...

“Clean room, good food, nice staff. Breakfast had less options. That could be better”

“In a very trashy area, everything falling apart. If you pay 1500rs only then worth it. Right above a trashy busy street so can not sleep there.”
